We need to be vaccinated as soon as possible before we end up our life or cause huge damage to the other creation. At our current situation, where most of the business establishments are forcedly shutdown, the schools were temporary close, millions or billions of people loss their job, physical activities are discourage and other negative impact to our health and most particularly to our economy, this is what really happens to my country which is the Philippines.
Millions of Filipinos are suffered by this crisis known as COVID-19, we need a urgent action before we and they end up they’re life because of hunger, inability to find a work, inability to move, restrictions and other barriers that was imposed by the authorities. This is new to us as a young generation, this is not the environment that the next generation will experience. Let us not give them an environment where they are not happy to this new normal where human interaction was divided. Technologies plays important role to our life as we go through or combat this pandemic, also it helps us to generate money, engage in school activities and so on that supposedly it should be done physically.
How are you in this time of pandemic? Did you find it interesting and exciting? Are you happy with this situation? Do you find it more difficult while doing your school activity or your work? This question are most common ask question with regards to this pandemic. I know and you also know that our emotions, reaction and feelings are mutual, wherein we find it difficult and we are not happy with this situation.
As a college student, I should be at the school right now doing my school works, interact with my instructors, develop my social aspect and of course interact with my classmates there. And as what I had experienced on this online class, this mode of learning is not advisable to someone who does not good in understanding a lesson or topic easily or should a say those people who has a difficulty in studying.
As I go through to this pandemic, I realized that I should be vaccinated not just for myself but also to protect my family from the deadly virus and to encourage more people too to be vaccinated, that is why my vaccine is SINOVAC which is made from the country of China, yes your right, this country is where the virus is originated. If you ask me if I am okay with this or is this my choice, my answer would be YES, this is my choice and I am okay with this.
My experience on the vaccination site wasn’t really good because I have a fear of needles or the injection, not because of the vaccine. The process before the injection of vaccine was good not until I seated next to the nurse and she rub my left arm with cotton and alcohol. When she attempt to inject the needle to my arm I was intense and and my heart beats faster, so what I did I ask to the nurse if it would be okay if she will allow me to breath for just a second and she agree with it. She help and told me to relax because it will take a second and it is really quick. So I trust her and trying to calm myself. After the first dose of vaccine, I told to the nurse if that was all, and she replied “that’s all sir”. I was happy because it wasn’t pain at all. However, after a few minutes I started notice the heaviness and the pain on my left arm. What I did is I just relax myself and ignore the pain since it is tolerable. After a few days I noticed that my heart is beats rapidly even though I was lying on my bed, that was happen to me before I fall asleep and it took me a few days to recover. Before my second dose, I asked our doctor there about my horrible experienced, she told me that “if something went wrong again don’t hesitate to contact with the given contact information below the vaccination card”. So far, I am fully vaccinated and I haven’t notice any more about my concern for the past days. I would say that I am good now and my hearts beats naturally.
For those people out there, who has a fear of needles believe me, it was just nothing there is no pain and it takes a seconds only for the process of injecting the vaccine to your body. and also those people who has a fear of vaccine, if the doctors are vaccinated then why aren’t you get vaccinated? If we are sick, we go to the doctor and ask a prescription to cure our illness or disease, and now we are encourage us to be vaccinated as soon as possible to eliminate the deadly virus and hoping that we will go back to our traditional way of living.
